We never cry alone. God who is our Father in Heaven is all-knowing. He sees everything you do, and hears your cries, even those words that you did not say but are in your heart.

Post #22 Poem for a Friend

This is quite an unusual post, albeit a really long one.
But I wrote this for a good friend of mine.

I hope you should enjoy this too! =)

Hear the mind of this girl who writes,

As she who seeks to convey her words,

As she wishes to shed those blue-tinged lights,

On this careful prose with what knowledge affords :

Scarce in life should our paths cross,

With one who shares our stream of thoughts,

Neither can fathom on what sparks the cause,

And yet here they walk to bridge our dots.

Precisely you come to draw the lines,

Altering the chapters of where I would be,

Perhaps these be marked in special signs,

So should I not forget what those meant to me.

It truly has been a well-traveled trip,

Through a worthy year of classics and clashes,

Exchanges that wring a clever quip,

And convictions that come in spicy bashes.

To you I remain in gratitude,

For simply being honest and true,
